Is your child about to choose a school track, a degree or a university? Do they say “I don’t know what I want” – or want everything at once? Can you feel the tension whenever the future comes up – theirs and yours?
At 16 or 18, nobody chooses a career for life. They choose the next step. And that step closes far fewer doors than it seems from the inside.
Career Guidance helps young people see more clearly what draws them, where their strengths lie and what matters to them – and find a few directions worth exploring.
How it works
A short call with the parent. About half an hour, online. I learn about the context, the deadlines and what worries you.
A questionnaire. Completed at home, calmly, in about half an hour. Interests, strengths, values, preferred way of working – and which voices around the choice the young person hears.
A session with the student. About 90 minutes, online, without a parent in the room. We start with what worries them, move through their interests and strengths, and arrive at the directions.
A written summary. Their profile in plain, human language, several directions with example degrees, and concrete steps for the months ahead.
A joint conversation. About half an hour. The young person presents their directions to the parent, and I moderate.
Human design – optional
If the young person and the family are interested, I add a human design perspective: where their energy comes from, how they make decisions and how they recognize their own “yes”. As a guide, not a label. It is especially helpful for teenagers who feel they need to have everything figured out right now.

The decision belongs to the young person. My work is to help them see themselves more clearly – so they can choose for themselves, with more calm and more trust in who they are.
