You moved for university, for a job, for love, for a better life – or simply because it was time. Years later, the career you built in the new country works on paper. And yet the little nagging voice keeps asking: is this it?
Living abroad adds a unique layer to every career question. You navigate a culture that isn’t yours, a job market with unwritten rules, and often a sense that the person you were back home and the person you are now aren’t yet ready to coexist peacefully.
Who I work with
- Professionals living outside their home country who feel stuck, restless or ready for a change
- People who moved recently and want their next step to fit the life they have now
- Expats weighing a return home – or contemplating whether to return at all
- Members of international teams who want to understand how they work and make decisions
How we can work together
- Career coaching – where you are now, what you really want, and what comes next
- Human design analysis – how you are designed to make decisions, to interact and use your energy, applied to your career
- CV and LinkedIn profile for the international job market
- Interview preparation – including the unwritten rules of a new market
You choose what you need. We can start with a single conversation.
How it works
All sessions are online, in English or Bulgarian, and scheduled around your time zone.
Why me
Every career and life change has the same price: the old identity ends before the new one is born, and no one teaches you what to do in between. I don’t only help people change. I help them stay in the uncertainty long enough for the change to happen.
I have spent many years in international companies, including as a hiring manager, so I know both sides of the table. I am a certified human design career and business consultant (BG5), a Hudson Institute Spot Coaching™ practitioner, and a certified life purpose and goal success coach.
