A 6-month individual program for people who feel something has to change, but don’t know where to start.

When what used to work no longer does – and where to go from here is still unclear. Who you are is also unclear, especially outside of other people’s expectations.

“The Transition Map” is an individual approach for people who are not looking for quick fixes, but for the space and the framework to understand who they are how they operate and what makes sense.

Who is it for?

There comes a moment – after years of responsibilities, achievements, and growth – when life looks close to perfect from the outside: career growth, title, recognition. On the inside, things are not so perfect. A quiet exhaustion sets in. Inertia. Questions about meaning, direction, balance.

“The Transition Map” is created exactly for this life stage.

If you feel:

  • Dependent on external validation. Your list of achievements keeps growing, and the feeling of “not being enough” is still there.
  • Lost – trying to define yourself through a new job, a new city, a new role.
  • Tense – avoiding conflict, softening the truth, swallowing your emotions.
  • Invisible – feeling the urge to speak up, to be heard, to be seen.
  • Stuck – still connected to people, habits, and situations that no longer serve you.
  • Exhausted – without a clear sense of when to stop: taking on other people’s tasks, pushing through even when your body says stop.
  • Scattered – looking for inspiration everywhere.

Do you recognize yourself in any of the above feelings? Then this program is for you.

Why human design?

“The Transition Map” is not only a metaphor. The map is real – your Human Design analysis, created using your date, time, and place of birth.

It will show you how you are designed to make decisions, what are your natural strengths and where you are receptive to outside influences. What your public role and life work are. It is the framework we return to for every decision, every hesitation, every transition.

This is beyond the scope of the standard coaching, because the standard coaching has no way to calibrate it.

What does the program include?

♦ Preparation
A detailed written questionnaire – an invitation to look closely at important themes and patterns. Usually takes about a week.

♦ Initial exploration session
A deep dive into your specific situation: what brings you to the program, what have you already tried, which topics feel most painful. The moment when we confirm – together – that you are in the right place.

♦ 8 60-minutes online coaching sessions
Spread across the six months of the program in a rhythm that fits your preferences. After each session you receive written notes on the themes and insights we discussed.

♦ Your personal Human Design analysis document
A living document that I will maintain and enrich throughout the six months. By the end of the program, you have your own handbook of how you operate – a map tailored for you.

♦ Observations between sessions
After each session you receive a short questionnaire or observation task related to the topics we covered.

♦ Three-month written summary
At the midpoint, what is going on beneath the surface becomes clearer – which topics have priority and which themes are ready for deeper work.

♦ Final Human Design alaysis
A comprehensive document to be received at the end of the program including your type, decision making strategy, profile, strengths, public role, life purpose. In English or Bulgarian.

♦ Final integration session
Brings together the most essential topics from the six months of the program – what are the bases, what has shifted, how it all comes together in real life.

♦Email support throughout the program
For questions and observations between meetings.

Testimonial

“I met Tedy when I was facing an important decision – where the more you think, the more confused you are. I needed to talk to someone outside of my personal and professional circle.

Our work together was based on Human Design – and for the first time I actually understood how I operate and how I am designed to make decisions: not analyzing, but sensing the signals by inner intelligence is sending me. As an engineer, that was far from obvious to me.

Tedy helped me see and consider all my life roles wholistically – as a professional, a mother, and a wife. It is rare to find someone who holds space for all that and provides support and guidance throughout the process.

I looked forward to every meeting. And I know I can count on her going forward.”
