I was facing a choice that looked obvious on paper.

After being made redundant, I applied to two companies – and received an offer from both.

One came with a higher salary, at a bigger and more prestigious company. The other paid less, but something in me felt drawn to it.

Logic pointed one way. My gut pointed the other.

When I started working with Tedy, I was going through a period of uncertainty and an important professional transition. After the layoff, I had to decide where to go next and which of the two opportunities was right for me.

Rationally, the choice seemed clear. One company offered a higher salary, more prestige and a sense of professional growth. Everything seemed to speak in its favour.

And yet, it didn’t feel like my place.

At the same time, the other offer, though more modest financially, stirred something completely different in me. I felt drawn to it, but I found it hard to explain why – especially when the other option looked so much better on paper.

Over a number of sessions, Tedy and I explored this inner conflict. Through Human Design, I began to understand my own nature better, and how I can make decisions that are aligned with who I am.

What I valued most was the chance to explore not just which job looked better, but what truly made sense for me. To give myself time, to observe my inner reactions, and to learn to tell logical arguments apart from my own sense of things.

Human Design helped me turn my attention inward and trust my intuition more. It allowed me to choose the opportunity I felt genuinely drawn to, even when it wasn’t the most attractive one financially.

In the end, I realised that a decision doesn’t have to look best to everyone in order to be right for me.

This process helped me connect more deeply with myself and make a decision based not only on external ideas of success, but also on what I feel is truly mine.

I would recommend working with Tedy to anyone facing an important choice who needs to reconnect with themselves. For me, these sessions were a chance to understand my own inner workings, to trust my inner sense, and to allow myself to choose my own path.
