A 6-month individual program for people who feel something has to change, but don’t know where to start.
When what used to work no longer does – and where to go from here is still unclear. Who you are is also unclear, especially outside of other people’s expectations.
“The Transition Map” is an individual approach for people who are not looking for quick fixes, but for the space and the framework to understand who they are, how they operate and what makes sense.
Who is it for?
There comes a moment – after years of responsibilities, achievements, and growth – when life looks close to perfect from the outside: career growth, title, recognition. On the inside, things are not so perfect. A quiet exhaustion sets in. Inertia. Questions about meaning, direction, balance.
“The Transition Map” is created exactly for this life stage.
If you feel:
- Dependent on external validation. Your list of achievements keeps growing, and the feeling of “not being enough” is still there.
- Lost – trying to define yourself through a new job, a new city, a new role.
- Tense – avoiding conflict, softening the truth, swallowing your emotions.
- Invisible – feeling the urge to speak up, to be heard, to be seen.
- Stuck – still connected to people, habits, and situations that no longer serve you.
- Exhausted – without a clear sense of when to stop: taking on other people’s tasks, pushing through even when your body says stop.
- Scattered – looking for inspiration everywhere.
Do you recognize yourself in any of the above feelings? Then this program is for you.
Why human design?
“The Transition Map” is not only a metaphor. The map is real – your Human Design analysis, created using your date, time, and place of birth.
It will show you how you are designed to make decisions, what are your natural strengths and where you are receptive to outside influences. What your public role and life work are. It is the framework we return to for every decision, every hesitation, every transition.
This is beyond the scope of the standard coaching, because the standard coaching has no way to calibrate it.
The method: where you are · who you are · which way
A transition is not a leap. It has three directions – where you are, who you are, and which way to go. We walk them one at a time, and create the map using this process.
♦ Where You Are – we pause before setting off. We look at the terrain as it is: what you carry, what no longer works, which themes keep circling back. Here we name the confusion and chaos instead of running from them.
♦ Who You Are – we read your map. How you are designed to make decisions. Where your natural strengths are. Which centres take in what belongs to others and carry it as your own. This is the heart of the work and takes up most of the six months.
♦ Which Way – we turn clarity into direction. The result is not that you become someone else. The result is that you act as yourself – from a place of authenticity and integrity.
What does the program include?
♦ Preparation
A detailed written questionnaire – an invitation to look closely at important themes and patterns. Usually takes about a week.
♦ Initial exploration session
A deep dive into your specific situation: what brings you to the program, what have you already tried, which topics feel most painful. The moment when we confirm – together – that you are in the right place.
♦ Eight 60-minute online coaching sessions
Spread across the six months of the program in a rhythm that fits your preferences. After each session you receive written notes on the themes and insights we discussed.
♦ Your personal Human Design analysis document
A living document that I will maintain and enrich throughout the six months. By the end of the program, you have your own handbook of how you operate – a map tailored for you.
♦ Observations between sessions
After each session you receive a short questionnaire or observation task related to the topics we covered.
♦ Three-month written summary
At the midpoint, what is going on beneath the surface becomes clearer – which topics have priority and which themes are ready for deeper work.
♦ Final Human Design analysis
A comprehensive document to be received at the end of the program including your type, decision making strategy, profile, strengths, public role, life purpose. In English or Bulgarian.
♦ Final integration session
Brings together the most essential topics from the six months of the program – what are the bases, what has shifted, how it all comes together in real life.
♦ Email support throughout the program
For questions and observations between meetings.

Testimonial
“I met Tedy when I was facing an important decision – where the more you think, the more confused you are. I needed to talk to someone outside of my personal and professional circle.
Our work together was based on Human Design – and for the first time I actually understood how I operate and how I am designed to make decisions: not analyzing, but sensing the signals my inner intelligence is sending me. As an engineer, that was far from obvious to me.
Tedy helped me see and consider all my life roles wholistically – as a professional, a mother, and a wife. It is rare to find someone who holds space for all that and provides support and guidance throughout the process.
I looked forward to every meeting. And I know I can count on her going forward.”

Commitment
From you: willingness to dedicate ~an hour a week for observations and written materials between sessions.
From me: I work with a small number of people at a time – so the process stays deep and my attention to you stays focused.
Pricing and terms – upon request and after the initial conversation.
What if this doesn’t work either?
You’ve arrived here after courses, books, and seminars – and the questions are still with you. It’s fair to wonder why this approach would be any different.
The difference is that you don’t leave with fresh inspiration that you can’t integrate in your life. You leave with your own map – a document of how you are designed to operate, one you return to long after our last session. The program ends. The map stays.
And whether this program is right for you at this moment – we decide together in our first conversation, before any commitment.
How to begin?
If this resonates, write to me at teodora@personalhr.eu with your date, time, and place of birth. The first conversation is 15 minutes – we talk through your specific situation and decide together whether the program is right for you at this point.
Approach and data
To do a human design career analysis you need to know your exact birth date and time. This is the input data for your human design chart.
I am a certified human design coach for career and team analysis with the International Human Design School. I use the methodologies I have learned there and I add my individual spin based on 20 years professional experience – being part of and managing project and operational teams.
